Key Guidelines and Standards We Follow

This website endeavors to conform to global standards of accessibility, as well as numerous country-specific guidelines in our countries of operations.  

Globally, we work to conform to level Double-A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user-friendly for all people.  The WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. These guidelines have been recognized by the International Standards Organization as ISO 40500, and inform our compliance with and commitment to accessibility requirements around the world. In the European Union, we commit to standards including Mandate 376 and the EU Web Accessibility Directive.

Measures to support accessibility
